Appointments

Shopping with children can often be a stressful experience. Some children, particularly those with a disability, might find being in the unfamiliar environment of a shop, with people they don't know and out of their normal routine particularly distressing.

To support and help both parents and children we offer the opportunity to book appointments to visit Maddie & Mark's either within or beyond normal working hours. This means that you can have an exclusive personal shopping experience at no extra cost, hopefully making the whole trip much easier for you.

During the busy back to school period - the last two weeks of July and throughout August - we offer a range of appointments for school shoe fittings. Appointments run from 9:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Saturday, and from 11:00am to 4:00pm on Sundays(excluding Buckstone).
